libevd-0.1-dev software package provides Peer-to-peer inter-process communication library - Development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libevd-0.1-dev
libevd-0.1-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libevd-0.1-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libevd-0.1-dev *
